Something Blue

leopard blouse

Hi guys! I saw this blue skirt at a new vintage store in Mountain View and couldn’t resist.

I wanted the beautiful cobalt blue to really pop, so I styled it with a neutral leopard print top (actually a dress last seen here), classic pumps, red lips and a little sparkle on the neckline. The dress worked great as a top because it is cut close to the body, balancing out the full A-line of this dramatic midi-skirt.

Love cobalt and leopard together. The pop of red on the lips is prefect as well :)

So pretty! Such a great idea to double up on the dress as a top. I need to re-explore my own wardrobe for such multi-functional pieces!

Completely and utterly perfect. Can we go shopping this weekend?

You are too kind! I wish we could go shopping! SF probably has better shopping haunts than Los Altos! By probably, I mean definitely. :)

So chic! Your hair is looking all sorts of fabulous! Did you do something to it, darker maybe? And that skirt is such a find, I totally thought it was a recent ASOS find!

Thank you! Ugh, you are the sweetest thing ever and I just love getting your comments! I did do something different to the mane. It is darker and I’ve been straightening out the old curls lately!

Lovely =) And I really like this hairstyle, dark suits you! =)
