If I had to pinpoint the beginning of my appreciation for documenting my outfits, I’d say it started on Easter Sunday, 1995. Growing up, I got great joy out of wearing a new, spring dress each Easter. That year, I wore a pink lace dress (I believe it was from Kmart) and had my sweet mom take a dozen or so pictures of me posing in the backyard. I proudly wore the pastel monstrosity with a tight pony tail and ballet flats with ruffle socks which folded over my bony ankles.
This striped rabbit dress brought back so many wonderful Easter Sunday memories and I couldn’t help but get Harlowe her very own toddler Easter dress and then of course, take her pictures. 🙂 She got a huge kick out of the bunny and tried to give it a carrot.
