Lace Pencil Skirt

all black, almost

ankle boots with a pencil skirtoffice outfit ideasMonrow crew neck shirt

Forget a black, wool-blend pencil skirt, it’s this lace pencil skirt that should really be a wardrobe staple. Knee-length and with the right amount of detail, this is the perfect piece for the office, date night and holiday parties.

The occasion? While my parents-in-law we’re here for Thanksgiving, we capitalized on the chance to have free-of-charge babysitters and scheduled a date night in the city (a late celebration of our wedding anniversary!).  My father in law actually assisted me in styling this outfit by choosing this white blazer over a cardigan I was debating. A girl could get used to having babysitters and style enthusiasts be so close!
