Getting Ready Made Simple

DSW pumps, work outfit ideas, business casual, urban outfitters button down, white button downs, current elliot pants

Aldo Abireng Pump, office attire, office style

When it feels like you have 100 things to do before noon, getting ready in the morning needs to be easy. A surefire way to navigate a busy woman’s responsibilities without sacrificing style is to pick simple pieces that require little effort. These trousers (also seen here and here) go with just about everything and can be dressed up or down. A simple white button down, navy blazer and comfortable pumps make getting dressed for work less daunting, so I can focus on getting the little one fed, dressed and out the door in time for me to make the day’s first meeting.

Obviously, you could save yourself even more time in the morning by getting your clothes out and ironed the night before. Just don’t tell me about it, because I’ll be totally jealous you are that kind of together! 🙂

So chic and put together! Oh definitely. I am realizing more and more how important it is to have those simple pieces in my wardrobe. They are super versatile and like you said, require little effort. I WISH I could have everything laid out and ironed the night before…not gonna happen! haha

Being THAT kind of together just isn’t nearly as fun. 🙂 I love this outfit! It’s like the perfect messy fishtail braid– you don’t look like you’re trying hard, but it somehow looks pretty and chic. 🙂

    Always, Anita

Sometimes simple outfits are the most chic! I love this on you, and it looks so effortless. I’ll try and plan out my outfits in my head the night before, but then I end up having trouble falling asleep because I start obsessing about what to wear. Blogger problems!
