I spent A LOT of time researching and testing dozens of non-toxic brands and colors and did enough field tests (the fun kind where you wear lipstick and eat tacos to see if it stays on!) on each shade to make an hour-long video, but in an effort to make it short, I stuck to my 10 favorite non-toxic lipsticks. If you’re really pressed for time, below are my top 3!
This is my favorite shade of the whole lot. I love the color, but the applicator of this By Terry lipstick is the best shape I’ve ever used and makes application foolproof.
I’ve seen red and I’ve seen orange, but this low-key, burnt-orange from Axiology is to die for.
I can’t quit this shade for everyday wear. It’s the perfect amount of vibrant and alive and trust me, my lips do NOT look like either of those things without this Ilia lipstick.
