You know that dress in your closet that you wish you had a dozen reasons to wear, but actually have about one reason every few months? Well this Tibi dress (last seen here) is that dress for me. I’m enamored with this pattern and subtle sheer details at the hem and chest. I capitalized on a dinner date and wore it with a felt hat (also on repeat) and layers of gold jewelry to make it more causal.
